If you've problems counting a specific file, please send us the following files:

• The file with which you have problems when counting with TextCount. (We do, of course, guarantee that we'll handle your files in the strictest confidence).
• The profile file (*.tpf) with which you counted the file.

In order to allow us to respond as quickly as possible, please notify us of your working environment on the computer you are using with the following information:

• TextCount version, including build,
    e.g. 6.0A16 050625 (see Help menu – About)
• The version of Microsoft Windows which you're using
• The version of Microsoft Office which you're using

Without this information, we're unable to analyse specific counting problems.
